Green Mountain Falls has a new place to grab a bite, enjoy a drink, and spend some time in the heart of town.
Columbine Pour House has opened inside the Green Mountain Falls Lodge at 10755 Ute Pass Avenue, bringing a new restaurant and bar to the small mountain community.
The restaurant’s concept centers around creating a welcoming place for people to gather. Its tagline, “Small bites. Bold pours. Great company,” reflects an approach that puts as much emphasis on the experience as the food and drinks.
Columbine Pour House offers both alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages, with craft cocktails alongside familiar favorites. The goal is to create a space where visitors can stop in for a drink, share some food, or settle in for a longer meal with friends and family.
A Look at the Menu
The restaurant has shared a preview of its menu, which features a mix of approachable dishes designed for both meals and sharing. The offerings include sandwiches, soups, salads, shareable boards, small bites, and desserts.

Columbine Pour House is currently open Friday and Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m.
